--  passes on local machine
* 
org.apache.hadoop.hive.cli.TestMiniSparkOnYarnCliDriver.testCliDriver[spark_vectorized_dynamic_partition_pruning]
  --  fails on local machine, but the test does not touch the code changed by 
the patch 
* org.apache.hive.jdbc.TestJdbcWithMiniHS2.testConcurrentStatements -- passes 
on local machine

Other failures are from older builds. 

[~thejas]/[~daijy] can you please commit this patch.
