* Create a patch file
* Attach the patch file
* Set the status of the Jira to "Patch available"

[~pvary] I have written a unit test which reproduces the issue, it fails on the
existing 2.3.2 code and passes with the attached patch applied. How best should
I contribute this? As a combined patch of the above fix and the new tests as an
attachment to this ticket? As a pull request in GitHub? Something else?

Seeing similar error. We're on Hive 2.3.2 we've only seen it in a table with 2
partition columns.
