In {{StandaloneWalRecordsIterator#initReadHandle()}} method are opens file
descriptor.

It not used after attempt to read segment header and it don't closed.
Second time same file descriptor are opens in super method
{{AbstractWalRecordsIterator#initReadHandle()}}
