I uploaded the test plan, you can run in jmeter3.2 and jmeter3.1, and then you
can see the difference in the aggregate report(samples)

As of version 3.2 JMeter aggregates ui changes over a small period of time. The
default period is 500ms. If that is too long for you, you can change it using
the following property:

I think no request is sent. I couldn't find any trace of this request in my
tomcat access log.
And even if a request was sent, the response has a content-length of zero.

Maybe you could debug the network connection by setting -Djavax.net.debug=all
That way you can see, what JMeter is sending and what the server is sending.
