NIFI-5062: Removed hbase-client dependecy from hbase bundle

Since the `MockHBaseClientService` and `TestPutHBaseRecord` extensively 
uses `Bytes` class, I have created a new class here and literally copied the 
relevant methods from the actual `Bytes` class to this one.
