+1 Thought of opening a JIRA. Found this one. It actually holds good even for 
deleting multiple controller services which are invalid state. It happens in 
development environments where the developers are just playing around with 
controller services. The amount of invalid controller services start queuing up 
and removing them one by one is cumbersome and not user friendly.
