On this setup however, when I request the TARGETS selection outside AOO, I get back garbage from Java. Clipboard users that don't provide a valid TARGETS are broken, and the Sun bug linked here says that (in 2007) Java indeed didn't provide TARGETS... So while newer AOO versions may paste from those early 1.6 versions of Java despite their broken TARGETS, I consider this a Java bug, and am resolving it NOT_AN_ISSUE from our perspective. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the issue.

https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=115086 dam...@apache.org changed: What|Removed |Added CC||dam...@apache.org --- Comment #4 from dam...@apache.org --- The example from the linked Sun Bug works perfectly on: * CentOS 5 with Java 1.6.0_39 and AOO 4.1.2 * FreeBSD 10.3 with Java 1.6.0_32-b39 and SVN trunk. Either Java fixed it between the reported version (1.6.0_21) and these Java versions, or something in AOO changed between 3.2.0 and 4.1.2. I'll test AOO 3.4.1 as well. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the issue.
