lornajane opened a new pull request #3244: Move parameter docs to separate page, add package params docs URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-openwhisk/pull/3244 (original ticket against IBM Cloud Functions docs: https://github.com/IBM-Bluemix-Docs/openwhisk/issues/19) The parameters documentation was mostly under the "JavaScript" section, and the use of package parameters wasn't covered. This moves the parameters documentation to its own page, links to it from each language section in the actions page, and adds some documentation for package parameters. I've sent the ICLA through, but just now this moment so I won't be listed yet.
