rabbah opened a new issue #3398: action container tests observed to fail often since change to use port mapping URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-openwhisk/issues/3398 The change I made in #3335 replaced docker inspect with port forwarding. I also added a brute sleep to deal with connection issue. This was not stable in Jenkins builds. The errors appear to fall in the following category and affect more than one test when it occurs. ``` java.lang.IllegalStateException: Connection reset at whisk.core.containerpool.HttpUtils$.post(HttpUtils.scala:154) ```
