BlobStoreTest and HdfsBlobStoreImplTest don't run for a very long time.
Recently we separate storm-hdfs-blobstore from storm-hdfs and the two tests
doesn't run:

Then I checked with the builds before that. These two unit tests actually never
run:

Go back to 5 months ago:
[https://travis-ci.org/apache/storm/jobs/274213948]
These two unit tests ran...
