Description:
Currently the default spark.version build property is set to 1.4.1 to maintain
backward compatibility. This should be upgraded to 1.6.2 to be consistent with
Apache SystemML roadmap.

Note this also requires adding maven dependency to jodd previously provided
through spark-sql_2.10:1.4.1.
