I have som problems with swedish characters. I use mbsync to download from imap. Then, looking at the downloaded mails, which have content-type text/plain and charset=iso-8859-1, the characters get replaced in the following way:
å turns to =E5 ä turns to =E4 ö turns to =F6 I have tried with both googlemail and gandi mail with the same problem. Can I configure the program to download these correctly? I read the man page but didn't find anything about character encodings.
