- empty the folder
- sync
- delete the folder

How to deal with the following problem :
* You do a sync (which works well)
* FOLDER (which contained messages) is deleted on master (user action)
* Run another sync and get this warning : Warning: channel base: master
FOLDER cannot be opened and slave FOLDER not empty.
FOLDER stays on s
