The candidate will adhere to programming standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; identifying work process improvements and implementing new technology. · The Senior Programmer Analyst translates design documents and specifications into code/systems/programs, following programming standards, while facilitating the transition from development into production. · Demonstrates a proficiency in programming languages (i.e., .NET, C#, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or TSQL). · Participates in the analysis, definition and documentation of system requirements. Leads the creation and documentation of solution designs that are in line with the existing Healthfirst technical environment. · Performs tests on various systems and units, creates test scenarios and performs code maintenance to ensure quality control standards are met. · Researches and evaluates software and hardware systems to enhance the development of the environment as well as processes. · Creates deployment packages and deployment related documentation. · Additional duties as assigned *Minimum Qualifications: * · High School Diploma/GED · Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Suite (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio and Project.) · Proficient in Visual Basic.Net (VB.Net.) computer programming language. · Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL), Server Integration Services (SSIS) or Transact-SQL (TSQL) computer languages. · Experience in analyzing, defining and documenting system requirements. · Experience in creating, implementing, translating and testing scenarios using specifications for existing technical environments. · Experience performing root cause analysis to find errors as well as making revisions. · Experience in developing and maintaining applications. *Preferred Qualifications: * · Understanding of the Healthcare Payer environment. · Ability to work independently or in a team setting that is a fast paced/changing environment, while demonstrating the level of detail required for completing tasks accurately and efficiently. · Ability to think critically to solve problems. · Ability to drive daily tasks that align to our business goals. · Ability to work in a team environment that fosters continuous learning. · Bachelor’s Degree, Technical School degree, Certification (.NET, TSQL, SSIS) or equivalent experience. *Thanks & regards* *sridhar* *sridh...@aristontek.com <sridh...@aristontek.com>* *sridhar.recrui...@yahoo.com <sridhar.recrui...@yahoo.com> * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "IT provider" group.
