define technical impacts, provide sizing estimates, design and develop
solutions

·   Serve as a technical lead on Salesforce projects

·   Lead development team

·   Create technical designs for new product functionality on
Salesforce Platform.

·   Lead design and development of custom solutions comprising of
work in Apex, Visual Force, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, application integration,
data migration and in core web technologies including HTML5, Javascript,
jQuery and CSS.

·   Map business requirements to the functional or technical
capabilities of the Salesforce platform.

·   Apply XML and Web services standards and implement web services
for integration.

·   Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance
testing of new product functionality. Analyze and mitigate issues
identified during testing.

·   Develop Salesforce applications on mobile devices

·   Lead the Salesforce Technical team through thought leadership,
development of technical standards and coaching and mentoring employees.

·   Collaborate on and inform cross-functional teams of new feature
technical design, technical requirements, limitations, and prepare

· Accountable for partnering with key roles such as enterprise
