Oracle EBS SCM Techo-functional Position,* *Atlanta USA* *Long Term* *Position Description:* · Functional/technical systems analyst with in-depth experience in implementation, development and support of *Oracle EBS* · Order Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, iProcurement, iSupplier, Enterprise Asset Management, ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning), Mobile Supply Chain Applications where the Oracle instance is a Single Global environment with current version 12.1.3 · Proficient in gathering & documenting business requirements and performing process and gap analysis with design recommendations · Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing system solutions that meet or improve business standards · Configure, maintain additional requirements and updated BR100 or equivalent documents · Candidate must be able to create, debug and performance tune SQL queries and PL/SQL functions and procedures · Someone who can liaison with customer IT managers & other business partners to gather business requirements and determine scope & design · Create and/or document test plans, upgrades & new system releases; coordinate work of others to develop, test, install and modify programs · Troubleshoot and resolve system problems encountered by end users. Provide day to day Oracle Production Support including working SR's, troubleshooting and resolving issues · Perform testing and debugging of data prior to moving solutions to production environment; · Prepare user training documentation & train end users on Order Management and other related processes · Produce ad-hoc reports and CEMLI (Customization, Extension, Modification, Localization, and Integration) components for internal or external user requests utilizing appropriate Oracle software and reporting tools *Qualifications:* · Minimum 10 years of hands-on functional and technical experience with Oracle Order Management and Supply Chain Management modules · Exceptional ability to diagnose and solve system problems while working under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines · Experienced with understanding and writing fast formulas and other · Project management skills · Proven interpersonal skills - focus on solving conflict, maintaining confidentiality, keeping emotions under control · Strong communication skills - speak clearly & persuasively in positive and negative situations · must be able to maintain confidentiality and integrity · Eligible to work in US *2.)
