*Required Skills: *

·         4+ years of experience developing Senior-Level Enterprise Java
code under Java versions 6 and/or 7.

·         3+ years of experience with Spring Core Framework 3.x. This
should include at a minimum *Spring MVC and Spring Web Services experience*.

·         3+ years of experience writing REST Web Services.

·         3+ years experience with test driven development.

·         2+ years experience with agile methodology and lean principles.

·         Strong leadership identity.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication.

·         Great team collaboration skills.

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

·         A track record of solving problems and getting things done in a
fast pace, ever evolving environment.

·         Knowledge of frontend development tools is a plus

·         Be able to test your code – experience writing automated unit

Role Description:

The Lead Business Analyst will lead, coordinate and facilitate the
identification, elicitation, modelling and documentation of BPM, workflow
and case management requirements.  With strong partnerships with business
and IT stakeholders of the Workflow/Case Management transformation
initiative, the candidate will focus on the enterprise strategies and
objectives of simplification and operational excellence when analyzing and
documenting the requirements.



Role Responsibilities:

·         Establish strong  partnerships across IT and Business

·         Identify, document and model current state of business processes

·         Work closely with business stakeholders to  identify, document
and model future state workflow blueprint requirements and processes

·         Facilitate business and IT  stakeholder discussions and consensus
regarding business process workflow designs

·         Risk and issues management with escalation/communication to
senior leadership across IT and business when needed

·         Strong ability to communicate ideas/concepts to a diverse
audience of business, management and technical team members

·         Maintain project materials and production documentation such as
Requirement Documents, Functional, issues and risk logs.

·         Requirements and Change Management

·         Work closely with the Development team to ensure requirement
related to business requirements are addressed in a timely manner.

·         Testing applications and working closely with QA to ensure that
new capabilities match the business and functional requirements

Technical Skills:

·         Minimum 5-8 years experience in the IT business analyst capacity

·         Minimum 3-5 years experience in Business Process Management
design and modelling

·         Minimum 3-5 years in BPM & Workflow/Case Management platforms
such as Activiti,  IBM Case Manager, Pegasystems, Appian

·         *Minimum 5 years experience in modelling business processes* with
industry standard UML <http://www.sparxsystems.com/platforms/uml.html>
using tools such as Activiti Modeler, Simulator, IBM  Rational

·         Minimum 5 years experience in *Business Process Modeling Notation
(BPMN)*

·         Minimum 5 experience in agile and waterfall software delivery
methodologies

Other Qualifications:

·         Minimum 5 years experience In Financial and/or Retirement industry

·         Detail-orientation and ability to work with business and IT
partners

·         Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal and
presentation skills

·         Self-starting attitude, team player, flexible, can work under
pressure, fast-learner, high degree of creativity and initiative
