Ann Arbor Michigan *Minimum Qualifications: * The SDET is responsible for overall quality assurance throughout the application development cycle for the BOTs team. The SDET will ensure overall quality of the product in collaboration with the development team. Responsibilities: · Participate in developing and documenting User Stories, including testing estimates and validation tests · Develop automated tests for features developed in-sprint · Perform desk checks and code reviews · Develop, document, and maintain the test strategy and test scenarios · Partner with the developers to ensure all areas of the application are fully tested and issues are clearly logged and prioritized consistently · Partner with developers to find technical solutions for test automation · Manage the defect log and ensure issues are resolved, including validation of the fix · Certify software functionality for new Production releases · Work with Integration Build teams to manage dev, QA and production release of software · Provide exploratory testing to understand the feature and how it is implemented, to find additional or unexpected behavior, and to refine and define additional test cases for the feature Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience · Minimum 8 years industry experience, preferably in an Agile development environment · 5+ years of Java development experience · Experience with Spring Framework highly desirable · Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium Webdriver with Java) · Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.) · Experience with source control versioning systems (Git, Stash, Bitbucket.) · Experience in API automation testing · Knowledge in CI/CD processes and tools preferably Jenkins · Ability to work independently with an aptitude for detailed work and follow-up activities · Experience in testing IoT (Alexa, Google Home etc), heavy traffic eCommerce applications Best Regards, Venkata Krishna Pondugula Recruiting Lead Email: venk...@sageitinc.net Contact: 972-996-0650 x 372. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "IT RECURITER" group.
