Prior experience (3 – 5 years) with SOA, web services requirements, and development of data extract guides preferred. The business analyst will obtain and document requirements for data elements to be included in a data extract guide. The guide will be used by architects and software developers who will design, code, and implement a new data exchange web service for the Infant and Toddler Online Tracking System (ITOTS). This position is responsible for ensuring delivery of a thoroughly documented data extract guide.
