As a Data architect, implemented the *Business Intelligence* solution for
its clients. THG is a marketing services company that provides fulfillment,
program administration and direct marketing as its flagship services to
various clients from different industries.
*Roles and Responsibilities:***
· *Design and implement data architecture and business intelligence
solution.*
· *Assess the existing architecture, identified gaps and implemented
necessary changes to support the corporate vision, business model and
requirements.*
· *Define requirements gathering, design, implementation and change
management processes.*
· *Lead the tools evaluation process and helped identify the right
set of tools.*
· *Guide and mentor the entire project team in the business
intelligence practices.*
· *Work with cross-functional business groups in resolving conflicts
and data issues.*
· *Create data models for Master Data Repository, Data Warehouse and
Data marts.*
· *Design the Extract, Transform and Load mappings and managed a
team of ETL developers.*
· *Design, develop and maintain Business Objects universes for Web
Intelligence reporting, Performance Manager, Xcelsius Analytics and
Dashboards.*
· *Assist the business team in developing various reports and
dashboards.*
· *Work with the testers and business teams in successfully
resolving all issues during testing.*
· *Create and maintained ER diagrams, data mappings, data dictionary
and project plans.*
· *Design and implemented row-level security for all reports and
dashboards.*
· *Work with the web application team in implementing the
integration of Java with Business Objects enterprise and single sign on
function.*

*Oracle 10G, UNIX, ERwin, Business Objects XI R2/R3 – Data
Integrator/WebI/Performance Manager/Xcelsius.*
