*REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:*

8+ years of relevant IT experience of which 2+ yrs experience MUST be
working within Fixed Income front office technology.



Experience in a trading floor environment and good knowledge of the Fixed
Income business processes.



Proven experience in gaining trust and confidence of the trading desk.



*Strong understanding of pricing and risk management of the following
products : *

**

*Treasuries:* Bills, Strips, Bond and IR Futures

**

*Agencies*: Bullets, Discount Notes, Callables (European, American,
Bermudan), Supras& Sovereigns, Structured Notes

*IR Swaps. Inflation:* TIPS, I-Strips, Inflation Swaps *

*Derivatives:* IR Swaps - all flavours, Caps, Floors, Swaptions (European,
Bermudan)

Must be able to demonstrate practical experience of day to day support
including user queries, problem resolution, trade/pricing/risk issues and
take ownership of end to end resolution. Good understanding of issues
related to electronic trading. Understanding of business workflow and
processes from execution to settlement.

Familiarity with UNIX, Visual Basic, Excel, SQL.

Experience with etrading applications is a PLUS (e.g. Brokertec, eSpeed,
ION, MarketView, CME, etc...)!



*ROLE:*

Work with various technology teams for problem resolution of trading, risk,
and pricing application issues.



Own and manage the incident response process. Must be able to escalate
problems to appropriate technology and business teams, while adhering to
SLAs



Monitoring the trading systems, middle office, and back office applications
as well as the underlying infrastructure



Develop and maintain technical support documentation



Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate
internal or external resources.



Perform daily run book activities including start of day and end of day
health checks for shift handover.



Collect and report system outage data for trend analysis.



Collect and report business requirements to technology team leads (BRD*s).



Participating in application releases, from development, testing and
deployment into production.



Perform post release testing after application releases and infrastructure
updates. Participate and coordinate Business Continuity testing.
