*Job Title: Kronos / Workforce Consultant* *Duration: 6 Months* *Location – Plano, TX (Needs to be based in Dallas area. Some work can be done remotely, but some work will be at customer site in Dallas. * *A small amount of travel to other customer sites in Longview TX, Saginaw TX and Tulsa, OK may be required.)* * * Top Skills - At least 3 years working experience with Workforce Central Kronos v5.2 • Advanced skill set for basic configuration within the Workforce Central Suite of applications • Advanced skill set for Workforce Attendance Module • 3+ years’ experience developing and troubleshooting complex Connect • SQL Query development and troubleshooting for use in Connect and client requested data from Kronos tables • Experience in creating custom training manuals and conducting Kronos training, preferably including the Workforce Attendance module • Candidate must be able to work effectively in a high energy, fast paced environment Required Skills: • 3+ years’ experience supporting and administering Kronos Workforce Central Suite, including Application Server, Data Collection Manager, Background Totalizer and Connect • 3+ years developing and troubleshooting complex interfaces for Workforce Connect 5.2 and/or WIM 6.x • 3+ years developing and troubleshooting complex SQL queries • Advanced skillset for Workforce Timekeeper 5.2 and 6.x • Advanced skillset for Workforce Attendance • Minimum 6-8 years general IT experience • Ability to identify and resolve performance problems • Experience in delivering software application training & developing associated training manuals/tools. * * Thanks & Regards, Peter Kronen Sterling 5, Inc.
