*Job Title: Project Manager* *Location: Tallahassee, FL* *Duration: 7 months* *I need a Certified PMP* *REPLY TO: vkaus...@dyssinc.com* **** *Requirements of the Project Manager* · Experience in managing successful, large-scale IT projects that includes software analysis, design and programming · Experience with User Acceptance Testing methodologies and documentation · Extensive experience using Microsoft Project to track and maintain projects · Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans (work breakdown structures). · Extensive experience with meeting facilitation and documentation · Experience creating and presenting internal and external status reports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the Legislature or Steering Committee · Ability to lead the project team and effectively conduct the project to meet project objectives · Experience in delivering the project in the agreed schedule, to the correct technical specification (i.e. defined to meet user requirements) within the approved budget and other specified criteria · Strong communication and collaborative skills · Government, Legislative or Health Industry project experience desired *Objectives* The objectives and tasks to be performed by this Project Manager include the following: · Report to the Program Manager assigned to this project · Coordinate with Project Manager in the collecting and documenting project requirements and working through conceptual phases or early stages of project · Coordinate interaction with the customers, users and stakeholders and to keep the project team focused on the right goals · This Project Manager will also follow a standard set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project artifacts. *Deliverables* Key deliverables include weekly and monthly status reports detailing accomplishments, issues and tasks in progress and will meet PMO standards.
