Please go through the below position and send qualified resumes to *chris.tho...@anjaneyap.com* Bill Rate – 55/hr Location – Alpharetta, Atlanta, Equifax Account Duration – 1 year Immediately JD We basically need a lead/junior PM level candidate primarily with *knowledge in Java, Unix, Shell Scripting etc.* He will not be hands-on in any of these technologies, but should be able to understand the systems and reach the correct support group in resolving the issues. He will be primarily a Level – 2 support personnel leading a Level – 1 support team under him which consist both UST and Client teams. He should communicate to various client support groups, application managers etc during an event or issue. He should be able to guide his support team to take up actions during the event. He will get the information from his support team during an incident based on which he has to take the decision. In addition he has to manage all escalations within the team and external teams and take the right decisions. He will also primarily manage and co-ordinate the incident tickets and RCA system within this department.
