Customer expectation management, establishing an SLA with the customer and meeting those consistently, providing statistical periodic reports per Customer desire Project Reporting – external and internal Plan, Risks and Issues, Scope Management & Tracking statistics Adapting a project execution structure and process from a base Global Delivery Model Clearly defining project roles & responsibilities, escalation paths and ownership Actively participating in creation (or facilitation) of specifications Overseeing and ensuring validation on the technical architecture/specifications Actively participating in project sizing and resource requirements Establishing good project metrics, exit criteria by deliverable and project phase Establishing a Scope management process Handling project execution remotely (offshore) working with the resident Project Manager Conducting periodic project meetings with client and project team Ensuring quality of the end deliverable Managing day-to-day team and personnel issues (onsite) *Job Description: * · *Should have Mortgage domain experience (Mandatory)* · SME in US Mortgage domain, especially Loan Origination. · Expertise in diagramming workflow and processes; defining technical interfaces and internal transformational processes · Expert in documenting functional requirements across all technical aspects of the solution. · Proven ability creating use cases and user stories · Skilled in translating and decomposing high-level requirements documentation into sufficiently detail functional requirements for software design · Ability to obtain sign-offs on all documentation as required. · Tolerant of ambiguity with an ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirements · Proficient with standard documentation tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) · Ability to lead requirement discussion, JAD sessions and release planning and prioritization *Required:* · Over 10+ years’ experience required. · *.NET Lead With Strong experience in Angular JS & Entity Frame work. * · *Good experience in C#, **ASP.NET* <http://asp.net/>*, Angular JS, WCF, WPF, MVC frameworks, design patterns.* · Code/develop applications to program specifications · Responsible for module design / architecture. · Onsite- Offshore coordination · Code/develop applications to program specifications · Write unit test code, using tools and writing test cases · Support deployed solutions (debugging and fixing problems) · Low level estimation of projects · Take-up complete ownership of the work assigned in terms of quality and timeliness 1. Proficient in *JasperReport 6* 2. Good knowledge of MS SQL Server 3. 2 to 3 years hands-on experience with Jasper Reports using iReport Designer/iReport Studio 4. Must be able to design complex reports using Jaspersoft Studio and Jaspersoft Server 5. Knowledge of report deployment and configuration is a must 6. Experience in creating Ad Hoc Reports, OLAP, Views, Domains 7. Experience in user and role management on Jaspersoft server. 8. Knowledge of Jaspersoft Architecture and Deployment.
