Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: analysis, coding, testing, programming, technical design, documentation, mentoring and expertise with new platforms and development environments. Job Requirements - Must have a clear understanding of ODM v 8.7 Advanced Frameworks and their offerings. - Participate with team of technical staff and business managers or practitioners in the business unit to determine/document systems requirements and functionality needed in large/complex development projects. - Assess and develop high level design requirements for projects and communicate in writing / meetings with development team. Assess detailed specifications against design requirements. - Review coding done to advance application upgrade, extension, or other development. Analyze application for data integrity issues. - Ability to mentor less experienced technical staff; may use high end development tools to assist or facilitate development process. - Ability to assist with troubleshooting and debugging of complex Systems: must be able to clearly identify root causes of production level architecture issues and make practical suggestions with proof-based technical reasoning - Ability to communicate and work closely with Business subject matter experts.
