Ability to track record of designing and developing high quality, scalable and efficient solutions and products on schedule. Team player and individual contributor. Possess leadership qualities. Some project management skills. Ability to accurately identify root cause of technical problems. Excellent communication skills; verbal and written. Ability to adapt to change. *Mandatory –* Extensive Decision management project experience with all elements of software engineering ranging from analysis and design to implementation and testing. Should be an expert in rule flow, BOM and XOM creation activity, should have hands on experience on execution phase and deployment of rule decision service Excellent communication and coordination skills.
