Sr. Net Developer Pittsburgh, PA. Contract to Hire *NEED GC and CITIZENS Only.* *Position Summary: * The candidate will design and construct web pages/sites, including incorporating graphic user interface (GUI) features, SQL Development and other techniques, will assist with project outlines and specifications, will design and develop Excel based solutions with embedded VB scripting and database interaction, will troubleshoot, debug, implement and document software code. The candidate will work independently or as a member of a team, handling the development and growth of internal applications. *Key Responsibilities:* · Develop and maintain custom applications and interfaces using VB.NET, ASP.NET, Ajax, Html, CSS, VB Scripting, and SQL Server development tools to support the efforts of the Strategic Pricing Group. · Responsibilities include full software lifecycle activities, including project planning, requirements analysis, design, development, and documentation. · Assist users in defining requirements for projects and respond in a timely manner to end user support request. · Maintain and expand current .NET applications and upgrades to the new version of .NET Framework (ASP.NET 3.5 to ASP.NET 4.0). · Design, develop, and support Excel based applications using VB scripting and ADO database connectivity technologies. · Create, maintain and enhance SQL script and stored procedures as requested. · Design, debug and troubleshoot web applications. · Design, debug and troubleshoot Excel based applications with embedded VB scripting. · Performs other duties as assigned. *Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: * · Experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET, JavaScript, Ajax, Html, CSS, Visual Studio 2008/2010, Embedded VB Scripting within the Excel environment, Stored Procedures and T-SQL statements. · Experience with SQL Server database structure used in supporting web applications. · Experience in analysis, development, implementation and support of business information systems, and direct technical support of end-users. · Must be able to work within the structure of a systems development life cycle. · Direct client interaction sometimes required; good communication skills, both written and oral. · Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be able to meet deadlines. · Must have exceptional work ethic, and positive attitude. · Independent worker, self starter, ability to work without direct supervision *Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria: * · Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area · At least three years Information Technology or computer related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or technical certification. · Experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET, Visual Studio 2010/2012, Ajax, Html, CSS, Embedded VB Scripting within the Excel environment, Stored Procedures and T-SQL statements. · Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be able to meet deadlines · Able to work nights and/or weekends as required This position has not been approved for relocation *Anuj Rai* *Sr. Recruitment Manager* *Zenith tech Solutions* *Desk: 518-621-0048Fax: 518-244-49773 park Hill* *Albany, NY 12204* *Email Id:- an...@zenithtechsolutions.com <a...@zenithtechsolutions.com>* *Gmail:- rainu...@gmail.com <rainu...@gmail.com>* *Website:- www.zenithtechsolutions.com <http://www.zenithtechsolutions.com/>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "IT RECURITER" group.
