*Mode of Interview - Phone thereafter In Person* *JD :* Work with user groups to define system and reporting requirements, communicate requirements to Information Technology, analyze source system data, and validate system outputs, processes and reporting data. Develop queries against various data sources to analyze and report data. Identify data trends and data abnormalities. • Excellent Business Intelligence Reporting and Data Mapping • Excellent experience using Cognos Requirements and Accountabilities •Data Warehouse Project experience •Gather, analyze, and document governmental programs data and reporting requirements and translate these requirements into functional and technical specification. Make recommendation relate to proposed technical solution. • Lead the effort to develop programs and queries to analyze source system data, system outputs and reporting data. Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations. Work with the data modeler to create data mapping specification. • Attend and assist in facilitation of meetings between users and IT. Bridge the gap between platforms/data sets (complex data mapping). • Document business, technical and systems requirements.
