If you are available and comfortable with below requirement please submit your updated Resume, Full Name: Contact Number: Work authorization : Expected hourly rate: Current location. *Role: SAP CRM Technical Analyst* *Locations: Manhattan NY* *Duration: 12 months* *Experience: 9+ Years* Job Responsibilities Under the supervision of the project technical lead, the SAP CRM Technical Analyst will provide expertise in the technical analysis, design, development testing and delivery of FRICEW related objects for projects to be implemented by team during 2017/2018, notably the SAP Grantor Management based solution throughout the Organisation. The consultant will be expected to deliver technical documents and obtain sign off from customer(s) where relevant. Specifically, the SAP CRM Technical Analyst will assume the following functions: - Supporting Implementing Partner project which will implement the SAP CRM and ECC aspects of the projects to be implemented [such as Grantor Management]; - Read, comprehend and maintain understanding of functional documents; - Work collaboratively with customers and team members, both functional and technical, when necessary to gather technical requirements and produce technical specification documents - Develop and test requirements per specified standards - Deliver according to required deadlines, and communicate status updates to project technical lead against project milestones - Escalation of project delays or any issues as necessary to project technical lead; - Manage first line technical related service requests to meet business and/or customer SLAs; - Record, document and follow up on project tracking incidents or production change related work orders. - Maintain positive relationships with customers and other technicians; - Assume other duties as assigned. *Education:* Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or related field. A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree. Relevant SAP Certifications, including SAP CRM, are required. *Work Experience:* A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in implementing SAP CRM systems.
