Projects are implemented using an Agile methodology to incrementally deliver business value. Strong background in Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) development is required. Experience with enterprise integration design patterns, JPA, Websphere MQ, SQL, Agile, performance tuning, and web services technologies (WSDL/SOAP) are strongly desired. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who excel in a collaborative team environment and have strong communication skills. An eye for the larger picture and a proactive attitude towards solving problems is essential.
