*Mandatory Qualifications:*
- B.S or B.A degree with one (1) year of experience as a Business Analyst
OR
- Associate’s degree with three (3) years of experience as a Business
Analyst
OR
- Five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Two (2) engagements/projects lasting more than six (6) months each in
the role of a Lead Business Analyst
*Desired Skills:*
- Experience moving from mainframe to web-based technologies
- Experience with implementation of enterprise software packages (e.g.
Curam)
- Experience with all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
(SDLC)
- Bachelor’s degree in a business field
- Experience with Human Services Systems (County, State or Federal)
- Experience working with a government agency
- Experience using Agile/Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with Use Case documentation
- Business Analyst Certification (IIBA certification or equivalent)
