*JOB DESCRIPTOIN:*
- Understanding of Functional Programming Concepts
- Strong in SQL* -*CRUD, Procedures/Functions and optimizatio*n*
- Good* Python* programming and Linux commands
- The person needs to have experience with* Pandas, Numpy*
- Intermediate to good knowledge of C++
- Experience is working and understanding of disparate yet related
data sets and be able to correlate them together
*BUSINESS ACCUMEN:*
- Experience in Finance domain is a plus
*GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:*
As discussed we have 2 needs for Python, Linux, SQL (C++ intermediate)
- Primary responsibility is to extract data from different
sources/feeds, massage the data and load it to DB. Thus loaded
data will be
used by Analyst and QR teams
- Development in Linux/Python and C++ (some modules), SQL Server,
- Fine-tuning SQL queries for optimization and efficiency
*EDUCATION OR CERITIFICATIONS:*
- Master of Science or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering or similar certifications to support technical knowledge
