Duration: Long term Job Description: · University degree in Business, IT or equivalent experience · 3+ years Scrum Master experience · 5+ years’ experience in large software development project · Experience leading and influencing others, including senior level personnel. · A team player who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment. · Established skills in identifying and developing strategies to address change management issues. · Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration · Experience leading multiple Agile scrum development methodologies, values and procedure · Strong written and verbal communication skills.
