Please find the requirements currently open. * Infrastructure System Administrator with Omnicast, Synergis or Genetec MN Long Term Open Essential Functions: · Administers IP based Physical Security (access control and CCTV) system for a global enterprise Fortune 500 company · Ensures enterprise wide scalability and performance through proactive capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning. Analyze and report system performance. · Develop and maintain documentation and standards for Physical Security tasks · Provide testing of packaged software, assist with implementation and training for IP Security users. · Document standards, guidelines, best practices and metrics as directed. Develop and maintain corresponding reusable tools/scripts and reporting architecture. · Lead less experienced support personnel in operational support of day-to-day responsibilities as directed. · Assist in enterprise wide matrix/virtual teams to ensure consistency in policies and practices. · Provide 24x7 on-call support as part of rotating team coverage. Qualifications: Required: · 4+ years experience highly preferred with supporting highly available IP Security Suites (e.g., Genetec), System Management & Monitoring Frameworks and Notifications Tools · Working knowledge or exposure to varying development life cycles, release management and operational maintenance practices · Ability to work effectively in a fast paced changing environment -- multi-tasks, prioritized and meets deadlines in timely manner. · Ability to exhibit collaborative style that promotes teamwork. Critical thinker and strong problem solver · Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization. · Ability to communicate at all levels. · Proven change agent.
