Sr.Business Analyst with Enterprise Portals and Oracle EBS exp * * *Palo Alto, CA Open *Document functional business requirements and business cases • Manage requirements process with the system users • Assist with translating business requirements into a solution design • Participate in appropriate steps during system development life cycle to ensure functional requirements are met • Facilitate review sessions with functional owners and end-user representatives • Perform gap analysis: as is vs. to be • Participate in end to end implementation planning to include project management, issue management, communication and change management • Writing and reviewing QA and UAT test scripts • Managing UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff • Preparation of user documentation and training documentation as necessary • Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements Qualifications • Minimum 8 years Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience • Previous experience with Enterprise Portals and Oracle EBS • Must have exceptional communication skills, able to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users • Must have experience giving presentations to senior management • Must have business process engineering experience • Desired: Candidates who have spent time as part of a software engineering organization/team • Desired: Candidates with product management experience • Desired: Candidate with Business Analyst experience working for a large software company • Ability to perform basic SQL statements for source data analysis and QA • Ability to train users on how to use dashboards, create self service reports Please respond with *Resume, Rate, Current Location and Phone numbers of the Consultant*.
