This resource needs to know and be able to troubleshoot Rational ReqPro, ClearCase and ClearQuest. We are NOT looking for a developer or business analyst who has been an “end-user” of the tools, but someone well versed in administration of the tools as well as handling level 1 and 2 support for end-users.
