I am trying use the http://www.jfree.org/eastwood/index.html Eastwood Chart
Servlet , which is based off the http://code.google.com/apis/chart/ Google
Chart Api , with iText. Essentially you send a formatted url string off to
the servlet and it returns a .png image of the chart. This works great
Leonard,
Have you had a chance to look at my pdf? I did what you said, it is signed, it
is stated as trusted.
However I still get the warning message on the execution of the print.

Re: [iText-
Hi,
I've recently been asked to enhance an existing application that uses
iText 1.4.
I see that there is both 1.5.4 version and a 2.0.8 version available
now. What are the considerations/implications of choosing to upgrade
to either of these versions? For example, is 2.0.8 backwards
compatible

Hi,
Fisrt sorry for itext forum users for being talking more about Adobe and less
about itext, but I think this 2 topics are important and have an impact on how
one use itext with pdf forms.

When trying to open a XDP file I get this message:"Unable to locate the form,
because the XFA data lacks a reference to the PDFdocument."
So, it seems XDP and PDF are not independent. If a PDF is a representation of
the XDP structure, why the need for the PDF?
Thank you

However, I am NOT talking about XDP...
I am talking about PDF documents that contain embedded XFA data as
produced by Designer 7 and later or Forms Server.

Adobe Reader has been able to open XDP files since version 6 (the

As far as I know, Acrobat Reader can only open PDF files not xdp files. While
this would be a huge limitation of this technology, comparing for instance with

Leonard,
In the future I do believe Adobe will need to change its position about this,
because while they see it as a threat, customers see it as a functionality.
Also, I think there is another way to acomplish a silent print: if one use the
same code but in a javascript folder.

Hi all
On the tutorial page:

There is a link to download the hyphenation rules through:

But no file can be downloaded from that link.
I think that the link should be updated t
