Hello, I succesfully created dynamic buttons and set the "button image" with a template which I fill dynamically (template is created through LibreOffice 3.5.1RC1). However, some of the text fields have a variable length, and thus won't fit in the original template. Are there other ways to use template files?
I'm thinking of : - create a "normal" document on the fly (first examples), add the templates at the current cursor position, and add a Paragraph where I need the "longer" text fields - create dynamically a "shadow" of the template, but change the properties of those fields with appropriate sizes. I prefer the first solution, but can't find a way to create the filled template (with pdfsmartcopy?) on my resulting pdf. Which way should I follow the best? -- View this message in context: http://itext-general.2136553.n4.nabble.com/forms-and-fields-with-variable-height-tp4456647p4456647.html Sent from the iText - General mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Virtualization & Cloud Management Using Capacity Planning Cloud computing makes use of virtualization - but cloud computing also focuses on allowing computing to be delivered as a service. http://www.accelacomm.com/jaw/sfnl/114/51521223/ _______________________________________________ iText-questions mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/itext-questions iText(R) is a registered trademark of 1T3XT BVBA.
