I'm working on forms. If you see the PdfWriter in my site there is a test near the end to add a text field and it works. The problem here is what will be the interface presented to the user. Form fields are hard enough even in Acrobat with lots of menus and WYSIWYG that even if I put half the options it will take a couple of months to have it going. Some help, even if only in the interface definition, would be very much welcomed.
