Notice this:
* no file 'D:\iup-3.30\iupluacontrols53.dll' *
On the error, it should be:
no file 'D:\iup-3.30\iupluacontrols5*4*.dll'
I found an error in the Lua 5.4 distribution we use. I had to rebuild it
and re-upload the Lua54 packages of the IUP Tools executables. I'll let you
