Did the ./configure actually find postgres headers?

Hi,
I just upgraded from Jabberd 2.0 to 2.1.4 and just tried to start the
jabberd server and in the logs i get no such auth module pgsql.
Did I miss a step.
Here is what I did
I stopped my current instance of jabberd2
downloaded the new stable and untarred and ran
