`jackson-base` is bit sneaky since it's included in `jackson-bom` repository.
It should be auto-built by Travis, end up in Sonatype snapshot repo
but I am not 100% sure if that works.
Anyway, local maven install of `jackson-bom` should do the trick.
Alternatively you can probably just test patch

I just cloned jackson-databind-text to try and reproduce an issue and
potentially work on a patch, but don't seem to be able to build the
repository because it refers to a jackson-base parent pom which I can't
find:
