Added -debug flag to ant build and see 'Detected Java version 1.8 in:
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_131\jre'
Still same build errors

When running ant, try passing the -debug flag and please indicate your
exact java version. You should see something like:
Detected Java version: 1.8

1.6? The source code for this error indicates you might be. If so, try
JDK 1.8.

Using axis2 1.7.5 solved this build error, but now getting a different one.
