Hi, Thanks for your interest to help me. I am new in Java and J2EE and android also. But currently I am not dealing with android but with J2MEE.
My target is to develop a service for MIDP devices those have very limited functionality as a phone or some thing else to track them where they are using GSM technology. First please let me know if it is possible to run a service 24/7 in a very basic hand sets to run a service. If possible then will it consume so much battery ? Then please guide me to proceed as i am a beginner to reach the goal. I have my eclipse ready for J2EE development and I have nokia 3110c to test the functionality.
