When I was one year experience, I was still Junior but I had more
responsibilities
Over One year and a half I got my first certification and started working as
Level II.
I think you should talk to your boss and find out how to plan your career.
Establish your short / medium term goals.

I have a general question.
I have worked as Junior Java Developer for 1 year. I see any progress
but I'm not sure if it is this I would like.
Maybe you share with your opinion what should be standard level of
skills etc. after 1 year.
