http://v8doc.sas.com/sashtml/ displays a table of contents in the
left-hand pane.  It's a fairly conventional hierarchical tree.

The problem is at the top of that pane. Above the inner frame a copy
of the first few pixels (vertically) of the inner frame appears
again.  There is also a white box on the right.

When I click in the top area, I move between views of the index, table of
contents, etc.

So I assume that what should be displayed at the top is a menu, or
perhaps some tabs.

I don't know what is responsible for this problem, but since I just
installed libjavaplugin_oji.so from
j2re-1.4.2-fcs-linux-i586-gcc3.2.bin I thought I'd report it here.

I am running inside mozilla firefox 0.9.3-5 on a Debian system, which
is mostly at the "testing" level.

I realize additional info may be relevant; I'm happy to provide it if
you can tell me what specific info it is.

It might be worth noting that this is documentation for the previous
release of SAS, so I assume it was developed a few years ago.
