Hello,
As I previously posted, I can't get keyboard events to work with the
blackdown jdk117_v3. Can someone please test on your own versions to
see if the samething happens with you.
Thanks,

I can't get keyboard input to work with the jdk117_3 appletviewer.
MouseListener works but not KeyListener, but it does in netscape.

Not really a blackdown problem, but I just downloaded the Swing for
jdk117v3, and I just can't figure out how to install it correct. I
moved all of the *.jar files to /usr/java/lib next to my class.zip.
And I set the CLASSPATH="/usr/java/lib:./" What am I doing wrong?
Well thanks in advance.
I would like to see an example.

Well I took your lead and downloaded CaffeineMark3 so I could see if I
could reproduce your results. First off it is a shame that your image
results returned 0. Ok First off I ran the tests three times on the
same computer but with different jdk's, once with jdk1.2(win32),
jdk1.2v2(linux), and j
I have been getting very slow performance also, but didn't know what
might be causing it. Exactly how do you disable the JIT, and what is
TYA? I realize I am a newbie, but please enlighten me.

Well I have been using the jdk1.2v2 glibc2.1 version for about a day
now and have these observations. Things like the demo/applet/Java2Demo
run really slow. On the same system in windows using the win32 jdk1.2
I get about 30fps but in linux I get about 2fps.

I just downloaded and installed the glibc2.1 version of the jdk1.2. I
have two problems. First off, using jdk117v3 I have the enviorment
setting CLASSPATH='./' so I can test trusted applets. But now using
the jdk1.2v2 the applets are no longer trusted. What is wrong?
Also I keep getting out o
Someone said that the glibc 2.1 might be ready soon, what mirror will
get it first, or will they all get it at the same time?
