I had the same problem on the my redHat 6.1 system.
Look in the /etc/lilo.conf file. Mine looks like this:

boot=/dev/hda
map=/boot/map
install=/boot/boot.b
prompt

default=linux
vga=extended
image=/boot/vmlinuz-2.2.12-20

I'm having a problem with RAM upgrade and I don't know how to fix it either
who I can ask, so really apologize for this question.
I had 64 MB RAM and I've bought 64 MB RAM. The problem is that BIOS and
Windows see the new RAM but Linux not.
Any help would be very appreciated, than
