really thanks for your help. Its working!!!. i changed the "head -1" to head -n 1 in .java_wrapper file.
Now i am able run hello world!!!
I hope the problem is solved!!!. or is it required to apply patch to busybox.

I had a similar problem running node-local RMI apps. I was able to get past
the security problems by adding the following file to my home directory:
$ cat .java.policy
grant codebase "file://-" {
permission java.security.AllPermission;
};
I don't know if that's your problem or not.

I can only confirm that there is a problem with jdk1.2 pre-v1 and
jdk1.2 solaris (final production release).
